Problems in the Community...

1. Foster kids dont' have completed medical files that travel with them from home to home. J - got a 16 year old girl who has Autism, but her file didn't have any info about it. Along with accurate and up to date diagnostic info the file should also have known triggers and basic routines ESPECIALLY for kids on the spectrum.
